| Roulette (Lacey) |
Lacey is a homebred black thoroughbred mare by the CSHA eventing stallion and out of a successful hunter mare Ginger. Lacey is also CSHA approved with the Canadian Sport Horse Association for breeding. She scored a 79.5 at her inspection with a perfect score for head and neck. She is a lovely mare with tons of character and a lot of substance for a thoroughbred and has already produced three outstanding foals, two black fillies Spellbound (by Fuhler) and Sambuca (by Roman K) and a dark bay colt Lover's Tryst (by Lover's Cross). All pictured below. Lacey has been booked to the German Warmblood pinto stallion Sempatico of Silverwood Farms for 2010. Sempatico is a homozygous pinto which means a 100% guarantee of a pinto foal from this combination.

| Argentina |
Homebred four year old 17 hand registered Canadian Sport Horse mare by the pinto Dutch Warmblood stallion Fuhler by Samber and out of an elite thoroughbred Canadian Sport Horse Firefly (deceased). Argentina has been a bundle of energy since her hooves first hit the ground and she approaches everday with a zest for life and adventure. Argentina was started late undersaddle since she just kept on growing and I am not convinced she is finished yet. Argentina is also CSHA approved for breeding and had a gorgeous pinto filly Bounce (pictured below) by the Pinto German Warmblood stallion Sempatico.

| It's All about Socks (2003-2009) |
RIP Socks you were taken far to early from us but you will always be missed and we were truly blessed to have you even if it was for such a short time. "Somewhere, somewhere in timeÍs own space there must be some sweet pastured place. Where creeks sing on and tall trees grow. Some Paradise where horses go. For by the love that guides my pen I know great horses live again" -Stanley Harrison.
Socks is a four year old sabino thoroughbred mare who was purchased off the racetrack last year as she was termed a 'go slow' which means she had no desire or aptitude to race. This was fortunate for her as well as us as we found ourselves with a beautiful, atlhletic, kind and gentle mare. Socks was presented to the Canadian Sport Horses Association this fall and was awarded breeding approval. Socks is in foal to the exciting young Dutch Warmblood Stallion Xavier K from Ashland farms in Ontario for a mid June foal. Xavier K is by the legendary KWPN stallion Flemmingh and also carries Voltaire bloodlines on his dam Rivoli K (full sister to Popeye K). Socks will then be restarted unders saddle and I would think will start a career in the hunter ring.

| Mr. Bigglesworth (Biggles, Mr. B, Houdini, that little b!#!#**) |
Mr. Bigglesworth although usually known as Biggles among other names is a 10 hand 20+ year old shetland pony who believes himself to be a mighty Clydesdale and really fancies himself as the 'ladies man' around the farm. Biggles has been with me now for 13 adventurous and laughter filled years. He was a rescue pony who had a horrible and cruel start to life and as such it was decided that he deserved a life of TLC and leisure. Biggles main job over the years has been as a babysitter to our foals which is a job he takes very seriously and has the scars to prove it. He has help raise all of the foals and in the winter which is his 'off season' he can be found out lounging in the pasture with 'his' herd of giant mares. Mr. Bigglesworth has a lifetime home at the farm and we hope it is a long long life although he does shorten ours a little everytime he escapes and goes on one of his excursions! Biggles hopes that everyone who comes to visit the farm will remember to bring him peppermints and treats.

| Annie |
Annie is a 20 year old registered Quarter Horse mare who joined us last spring as one of our school horses. Annie is without a doubt the kindest, gentlest, quietest mare who inspires confidence in everyone who rides her and is a favorite with all the students. Thanks to Annie's patience one of our students Laura, who came to ride with us after a terrible fall, overcome her fears and she has put the love and trust of horses back into a little girl who otherwise would have quit riding. I would like to take some of the credit but I do truly belive it was all Annie. Due to Annie's age and health she is used primarily in a few beginner lessons a week and spends the rest of the time being spoiled and hanging out with her buddy Oreo. Annie was a show hunter earlier in her life had a few foals and I imagine before she made her way to us she has taught many many young riders the love of horses.

| Oreo |
Oreo is a seven year old large paint pony with character busting out of the seams. Oreo came to us last summer as a school horse and since her arrival has shown everyone that she can and will teach you how to ride whether you like it or not. As the students have found out Oreo does come with her challanges but she has a heart of gold and can jump the moon and despite her strong 'character' she is dearly loved by all the students. |

| Walle |
Wallee is a 15'2 hand chestnut quarter horse gelding who arrived her last winter to be used in the lesson program. Walle is an absolute character as safe and steady as they come and will be teaching youngsters the ropes for many years to come I hope. He is adored by all the students children and adults alike and works for peppermints. |
